  • 4 cup Smoked chicken, shredded & seasoned with Heath Riles Chicken Rub (or chicken seasoning of your choice)
  • 1 cup Syberg’s sauce
  • 1 package King’s Hawaiian Rolls (or slider buns as desired)
  • ½ teaspoon of Heath Riles Garlic Butter Rub
  • ½ cup thick cut Mozzarella Cheese
  • ½ cup Fiesta shredded cheese
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • ½ package dry ranch seasoning


  • Preheat pellet grill to 350 degrees.
  • Slice Hawaiian rolls in half.
  • Add sauce with chicken and mix.
  • Evenly distribute the chicken mixture onto the bottom layer of rolls.
  • Next, top the chicken layer with cheese and then place top layer rolls onto mixture.
  • Melt butter and add garlic rub and dry ranch seasoning.
  • Brush the butter mixture on top.
  • Smoke 12-14 minutes until cheese is melted.
  • If desired add a hamburger pickle slice.
  • Serve and enjoy!
