Returns & Exchanges
Syberg’s® wants you to be satisfied and love your order. If you’re not completely satisfied we want to know why (so we can do better) and work with you until you’re happy with your experience. With that in mind, here’s our refund/exchange policy:
- Syberg’s® does not accept returns or offer refunds. We will gladly replace any item of equal value to you if the original item was broken, damaged or lost during shipping.
- If you want to return an item, please contact us for authorization to do so and to provide us with feedback. Only unopened bottles can be returned for a refund, and you will be responsible for shipping.
- Have a different issue? Again, please contact us directly so we can work out a solution.

In order to process your return, please include your name, email address and order number along with the items that you are returning.
Shipping
We use a freight quoting system that brings you real-time costs for shipping based on precisely on what has been ordered, including delivery distance and weight of the package being shipped. Final shipping costs will be stated before completion of checkout. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and in most cases go out within 1-2 business days after the order is confirmed with credit card authorization and verification. All orders are charged 8.99% sales tax. International shipping cost does not include import fees, customs, duties or value added taxes (VAT). All priced listed are in USD.
We will send you a shipping confirmation email to the email address provided at the time the order was placed.
