PREP & COOK TIME
INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound of ground chicken or turkey
- 3/4 cup of breadcrumbs
- 2 cups Syberg’s Famous Wing Sauce
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon chives (cut additional for optional garnish)
- 1 teaspoon cayenne
- Kosher salt
- Ground pepper
- 5 tablespoon unsalted melted butter
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup bleu cheese or Ranch dressing (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees & line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- In a large bowl mix the portion of ground chicken, bread crumbs, egg, garlic, chives & cayenne until completely combined
- Add salt & pepper to your liking
- TRICK – Coat a #24 or #40 cookie scooper with a little butter on the inside & scoop the meatball mixture & place on the baking sheet
- Bake for 5 minutes
- Transfer to the slow cooker
- In a medium bowl, whisk portion of melted butter, Syberg’s Wing Sauce & Worcestershire sauce and pour over meatballs
- Cook on high for about 2 hours
- Top with additional chives / Serve your choice of bleu cheese or ranch on side for dipping (optional)
