- Rack of ribs
- Syberg’s Famous Wing Sauce
- Rub of your choise
- Butter
- Red Pepper
- Ranch seasoning
- Honey
DIRECTIONS
- Trim fat, make the ribs look gorgeous
- Remove membrane
- Add Syberg’s Famous Wing Sauce
- Add a delicious rub
- Bring your smoker to 250 degrees
- After 2 hours, mop on that delicious Syberg’s sauce
- After 3 hours, wrap the ribs in Syberg’s Famous Wing Sauce, butter, red pepper, ranch seasoning, and honey
- Throw the wrapped ribs on for 1 more hour
