INGREDIENTS

  • Rack of ribs
  • Syberg’s Famous Wing Sauce
  • Rub of your choise
  • Butter
  • Red Pepper
  • Ranch seasoning
  • Honey

DIRECTIONS

  • Trim fat, make the ribs look gorgeous
  • Remove membrane
  • Add Syberg’s Famous Wing Sauce
  • Add a delicious rub
  • Bring your smoker to 250 degrees
  • After 2 hours, mop on that delicious Syberg’s sauce
  • After 3 hours, wrap the ribs in Syberg’s Famous Wing Sauce, butter, red pepper, ranch seasoning, and honey
  • Throw the wrapped ribs on for 1 more hour
