DIRECTIONS

Chicken

  • Season chicken breast with salt and pepper
  • Grill over direct heat on the @biggreenegg XL to give it some color
  • Move chicken to indirect heat to come up to temp and smothered in @sybergssauceshop wing sauce
  • Remove from grill to rest and then slice

Pizza

  • Convert the grill set-up with the pizza baking stone and bring the temp to 450 degrees
    • While the pizza stone is pre-heating, build the pizza
  • Shape dough
  • Mix @twistedranchstl Cheddar Popped Jalapeño ranch and @sybergs_stl wing sauce for the pizza sauce
  • Spread sauce over dough
  • Add toppings: mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend, grilled buffalo chicken, more cheese
  • Bake at 450 until cheese is melted and crust has that perfect wood fired char
  • Remove from heat and top with a drizzle of The Cheddar Popped Jalapeño ranch
  • Eat
  • Nap
