
DIRECTIONS
Chicken
- Season chicken breast with salt and pepper
- Grill over direct heat on the @biggreenegg XL to give it some color
- Move chicken to indirect heat to come up to temp and smothered in @sybergssauceshop wing sauce
- Remove from grill to rest and then slice
Pizza
- Convert the grill set-up with the pizza baking stone and bring the temp to 450 degrees
- While the pizza stone is pre-heating, build the pizza
- Shape dough
- Mix @twistedranchstl Cheddar Popped Jalapeño ranch and @sybergs_stl wing sauce for the pizza sauce
- Spread sauce over dough
- Add toppings: mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend, grilled buffalo chicken, more cheese
- Bake at 450 until cheese is melted and crust has that perfect wood fired char
- Remove from heat and top with a drizzle of The Cheddar Popped Jalapeño ranch
- Eat
- Nap
