INGREDIENTS
- 16 jalapeños
- 16 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup Syberg’s Sauce
- 16 strips of bacon
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cut peppers in half, and remove seeds with spoon
- Mix cream cheese, Syberg’s Sauce, garlic salt and pepper
- Whip it, whip it good
- Stuff peppers with cheese mix
- Wrap stuffed pepper with a half strip of bacon, and use a toothpick to secure
- Bake peppers at 400° for 25 minutes
- Remove from oven and serve while hot
