• 16 jalapeños
  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup Syberg’s Sauce
  • 16 strips of bacon
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic salt


  • Cut peppers in half, and remove seeds with spoon
  • Mix cream cheese, Syberg’s Sauce, garlic salt and pepper
  • Whip it, whip it good
  • Stuff peppers with cheese mix
  • Wrap stuffed pepper with a half strip of bacon, and use a toothpick to secure
  • Bake peppers at 400° for 25 minutes
  • Remove from oven and serve while hot
