  • 20 jumbo shrimp
  • 1 tablespoon of Vanzandt’s Seasoning
  • 8 oz. Syberg’s Famous Wing Sauce
  • 1/2 cup bleu cheese or Ranch dressing (optional)


  • Peel & devein the portion of shrimp
  • Toss the uncooked shrimp in 1 tablespoon of Vanzandt’s seasoning
  • Once the grill is hot, place the shrimp on indirect heat (on the side)
  • Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side & remove from grill after pink
  • Toss in Syberg’s sauce & serve
  • Serve with portion of Ranch or bleu cheese for dipping (optional)
